• General Terms of Sale
• These General Terms of Sale (“General Terms”) govern the methods and conditions for the sale of products (“Products”) marketed on the site www.axevotech.eu by Axevo Technology s.r.l.

1. Products: Prices and Specifications

• Unless otherwise noted, the product prices published by Axevo Technology s.r.l. include VAT for private customers and exclude VAT for VAT-registered buyers (with reserved access).
• All published product prices replace previous ones and depend on actual availability. Axevo Technology reserves the right to confirm or modify prices at the time of order confirmation.
• Technical and functional specifications are based on manufacturer information; Axevo does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Images are indicative and not binding. Products are not provided for trial. Although Axevo staff may give indications, the customer is responsible for choosing products and verifying their compatibility with personal requirements.
  
  

2. Promotions and Discounts

• Axevo Technology runs ongoing promotions and special offers. These are published on the site or communicated via advertising campaigns and newsletters. Axevo reserves the right to terminate promotions at any time.
  
  

3. Orders and Invoicing

• Orders must be complete and include all necessary information to correctly identify the products. An order is a contractual offer by the customer and becomes binding for Axevo only upon confirmation. Order execution by Axevo is considered acceptance.
• Axevo may cancel unpaid orders after 5 working days, except those paid on delivery.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, Axevo will promptly inform the customer, who may request a refund; no further compensation is due.
• An invoice is issued at dispatch. VAT-registered customers who wish invoices must register via the sign-up link and place a minimum order of €85 (excluding shipping).
  
  

4. Changes or Additions to Placed Orders

• Once an order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email with summary details. No additional items can be added to that order. If something was forgotten, a new order must be placed (shipping fees may apply again), even for orders marked as "Waiting for Product." No exceptions apply.
  
  

5. Payments

• Payment is due in advance and can be made by: bank transfer, instant MyBank transfer, or PayPal (which carries an extra 3.4% fee). Registered users can view payment and order details in their account.
  
  

6. Shipping Costs

• For deliveries within Italy, shipping starts at €8 + VAT, visible in the cart at checkout. Axevo reserves the right to offer shipping promotions.
  
  

7. Product Delivery

• Delivery times are indicative and refer to stock present in Axevo’s warehouses; they may be confirmed or changed later. A product marked “available” might still be sold out due to concurrent purchases.
• Delays under 30 days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or demand compensation. If delivery is refused, storage and return costs will be charged or deducted from the refund.
• Upon delivery, the customer must verify the number of packages matches the accompanying documentation and check that packaging is intact. Any damage or mismatch must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt immediately; otherwise, the customer accepts the goods as delivered.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier—even if the sale is “porto franco”—unless otherwise agreed.
• Claims concerning product integrity, completeness, or correctness must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to info@axevotech.eu. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
• If delivery fails and the goods remain undelivered for more than 5 working days, the order is automatically cancelled. If the customer wants re-delivery, they must bear all shipping costs (return and resend).
• Axevo may deliver products in multiple instalments. Special delivery terms must be agreed in writing in advance.
  
  

8. Conformity Rights (Italian Consumer Code)

• Under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code (D. Lgs. 206/2005), the seller guarantees the conformity of products upon delivery. A product is non-conforming if:
• It is not suitable for ordinary use;
• It does not match the seller's description or lacks stated qualities;
• It is not suitable for specific use if the customer informed the seller incorrectly or incompletely.
• The customer should stop using a product if they suspect a compliance issue and contact Axevo with details.
• Under Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002, Axevo Tech is liable for defects existing at delivery for 24 months, unless otherwise stated for specific products.
  
  

9. Jurisdiction

• Subject to non-derogable legal provisions for consumers, any disputes related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo.
  
  

10. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers may return purchased goods and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned within 14 days to Axevo’s warehouse. Detailed return procedures are on the “Right of Withdrawal” page.
• If the order has not yet shipped but is being processed, it may be cancelled and refunded by contacting Axevo’s support.
  
  

11. Data Processing

• Personal data are collected to register the customer and process the contract, and are handled electronically in compliance with applicable laws. They can only be disclosed to judicial or other legally authorized authorities. More details are available on the dedicated Privacy page.
  
  

12. Buyer Obligations

• Axevo may update these General Terms at any time by publishing them on the site. Consumers are responsible for reviewing the terms before each purchase.
• The buyer must not enter false or fictitious personal data during registration. Name, email, and related details must be real and not of third parties or made-up. The buyer is solely liable for errors in fiscal documents resulting from incorrect data provided, and indemnifies Axevo from related liabilities.
